Airtel Nigeria — Ufitini Service
1. Duration & Participation
The NG AIRTEL Ufitini Service is an AI-driven Fitness and Wellness SMS & Mobisite content service exclusively for AIRTEL Nigeria subscribers. The Service is a personalized health and wellness platform designed to support users on their fitness journeys through AI-powered coaching, tailored workout plans, healthy recipes, and motivational content. This service is provided courtesy of Rembrandt Global Services (henceforth referred to as the "ORGANIZER"). The Service commences from 2026.
The Service consists of an interactive Fitness and Wellness Portal (Mobisite/web application) accessible via smartphone and advanced feature phones. It provides subscribers with daily access to a rich library of fitness and wellness content, including:
- AI-Powered Personalized Fitness & Diet Recommendations: The platform utilizes AI coaches to deliver tailored workout and nutrition plans, monitor user performance, provide actionable insights, and continuously adjust plans based on individual progress.
- Comprehensive Video Content: Subscribers have access to engaging video content including yoga routines for mindfulness and strength, personalized workouts for various fitness levels, healthy recipe guides, and motivational content.
Upon successful subscription and charge, users will receive an SMS containing a link to the Ufitini portal along with their login credentials (Username and Password) provided by Upstream. Subscribers are sent a specific tokenized URL to their profile, enabling automatic login to the portal.
2. Means of Participation
AIRTEL subscribers can join the service by sending the keyword "OK UF" to the service short code 7002, after which a Double Opt-In (DOI) confirmation step will be initiated by AIRTEL via USSD or SMS. The subscriber must confirm their intent to proceed (Auto Renew or One-off) before being enrolled.
Users may also subscribe via the Web or Portal by visiting the Ufitini landing page at nat-ng-airtel-ufitini.rbr.gg and completing the web recruitment flow, which redirects to the AIRTEL SecureD subscription process.
Upon confirmation of subscription, the user will be enrolled in the service and will receive a Welcome/Legal message from AIRTEL, followed by a Welcome MT containing the tokenized portal URL served by the ORGANIZER.
3. Free Trial
In order to achieve the best possible user recruitment, new subscribers will be offered a free trial period of one (1) day upon their first subscription to the service.
Each user is entitled to only one (1) free trial period. If a user unsubscribes after the trial period and subsequently re-subscribes, no additional free trial period will be granted.
4. Eligibility
The SERVICE is open to residents of Nigeria who are active subscribers of AIRTEL Nigeria and are over 18 years of age.
Employees, representatives, and agents of the ORGANIZER, their respective parent and/or affiliated companies, and those domiciled with any of the foregoing are excluded from participation.
The person who owns the SIM card, or who has express authorization from the SIM card owner to use it, is considered the PARTICIPANT, regardless of the actual user of the handset.
5. Cost & Subscription
The Ufitini Service is charged at a daily subscription fee of N100 (inclusive of all applicable taxes) after the initial one (1) day free trial period.
In the event that a PARTICIPANT does not have sufficient airtime to be charged on a given day, the following fallback micro-tariff schedule will be applied at the discretion of the ORGANIZER:

| Fallback 4 | N10 | 20 Hours |
In the event that a PARTICIPANT is not successfully charged within the service renewal period, s/he will not be eligible to access the Ufitini portal content for that day.
PARTICIPANTS who are not successfully charged for a consecutive period of ninety (90) days will be automatically unsubscribed from the service by the system. This cancellation rule is handled by AIRTEL.
Upon each successful charge, the PARTICIPANT will receive one (1) SMS notification confirming the successful renewal of their service subscription.
6. Cancellation & Unsubscription
PARTICIPANTS may terminate their subscription at any time by sending the keyword "STOP OK UF" to the service short code 7002, free of charge.
